CANCELLATION POLICY

Please read our cancellation policy to understand our terms & conditions. Clients must cancel scheduled class at least 10 hours prior to class time. This applies to all class packages. This must be done in the App or our Website. Please, do not call or text the studio.

A $25 fee for all no-show classes and will be charged to the credit card on file.

For Unlimited Memberships a $15 fee applies to all late cancel and all other memberships will have a loss of credit for all No Show classes.

Private & Semi-Private Classes: No Show will Forfeit Class Fee Late Cancellation will be Charged 50% of Class Fee

Elite Core Studios reserves the right to cancel classes and programs for any reason, including insufficient registration or attendance and inclement weather conditions.

All Contracts Require a 30-Day Cancellation Notice.
