CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read our cancellation policy to understand our terms & conditions.
Members must cancel scheduled classes at least 10 hours before class time. If a member cancels after this 10 hour window, members will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
This must be done in the App or our Website. Please, do not call or text the studio.
$25 fee for all no-show classes or $15 late cancel fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Private & Semi-Private Classes: No Show will Forfeit Class Fee Late Cancellation will be Charged 50% of Class Fee
Elite Core Studios reserves the right to cancel classes and programs for any reason, including insufficient registration or attendance and inclement weather conditions.
All Contracts Require a 30-Day Cancellation Notice.
