Elite Core Full Body

Our traditional 45 minute full body, high-intensity, & low-impact Lagree workout. Designed to strengthen every area of the body, and make you sweat & shake! 



Elite Stretch

Need a full body stretch after a full week of classes? We’ve got you covered! Join us for our 45 minute Stretch class for a slower pace workout solely focused on STRETCHING!


Elite Express

On a time crunch? Maybe you need a quick lunch break workout? This class is perfect for you! You can expect a 30 min focus on two specific areas of the body (ex. Legs/ Core.) After the 30 minutes we understand you need to run but you are also invited to a 15 minute guided stretch with our instructor if you choose to stay!  

Trainee Class

First time? Feeling like the pace of the Elite Core Full Body is a little too fast? Check out our trainee class! Created with the beginner Lagree enthusiast in mind. Our Trainee classes offer a 45 minute full body workout with simpler movements & slower transition times still guaranteed to make you shake! If you have never done Lagree before, we think this class is a great place to start to learn more of the method.  


Mega Elite

Mega Elite classes are suggested for those who have taken 50 classes or more, with complex compound movements, faster transitions, and slower counts, be prepared to sweat!
