Please read our cancellation policy to understand our terms & conditions. Clients must cancel scheduled class at least 10 hours prior to class time. This applies to all class packages.  This must be done in the App or our Website. Please, do not call the studio.  

Monthly Membership Holders:  A $15 fee applies to all late cancel and $25 fee for all no-show classes and will be charged to the credit card on file.  

"Single Class" Holders:  Late Cancellation or No Show will Forfeit Class.

Private & Semi-Private Classes:  No Show will Forfeit Class Fee Late Cancellation will be Charged 50% of Class Fee

*Auto-Pay, Month to Month Memberships Requires 10 Day Cancellation Notice. 

*A Three Month, Bi-Annual or Annual Contracts Requires a 30-Day Cancellation Notice. 

Elite Core Studios reserves the right to cancel classes and programs for any reason, including insufficient registration or attendance and inclement weather conditions.
